Last updated: 2026-07-23 1. Service. Orvaverse provides access to third-party AI generation models on a prepaid credit basis. Credits are consumed per generation according to the pricing shown before each run. 2. Credits. Credits are a prepaid balance, are not money, carry no interest and are non-transferable. Credits do not expire. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your balance. 3. Acceptable use. You may not use the service to create content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates the usage policies of the underlying model providers. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules. 4. Content. You retain rights to the outputs you generate, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers' terms. You are responsible for how you use generated content. 5. Availability. The service depends on third-party providers and is offered "as is" without uptime guarantees.
