Last tended 2026-08-14 1. Withered generations replant themselves. If a generation fails, its credits return to your balance automatically. 2. Unused credits. Purchased credits you haven't spent can be refunded to your original payment method — write to [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of the purchase. 3. Already harvested. Credits spent on completed generations, and free bonus credits (no cash value), cannot be refunded. 4. Growth takes time.
